color, or more properly, a brown
ochre. The birds in general seem
to be much more active. - Noted

defense, but once he picked up a
stick and carried it about two feet
towards 38 before dropping it.
A little later he picked up another
twig and dropped it into the
water. I noticed also that
another stick had been dropped
in the water nearly sometime
previously. He gave two very
loud "pukks" a few minutes later
while resting upon the E ramp.

Jan 16 same locality - 18B - weighed, #5 456 gmo,
remaining stubs off primaries and secondaries
pulled. None of three regenerated
primaries are normal, one is nearly
full size, but the other two are about
1/2 size, warped and wavy, very
much altered from normal. Leg
length 127 , shield 2 SS, legs G,
wunder wing coverts M3, bursa 20 mm.
