Control in regard to the above mentioned matter.
It is respectfully submitted that the Board of Control have failed to take any action on the report made by the Committee appointed by them for the purpose of investigating the charges against the Chief Commissioner. The said Committee have reported that the Chief Commissioner has been guilty of gross misconduct and has also been found to be liable for heavy fines.
It is therefore requested that the Board of Control may kindly consider the above matter and take appropriate action against the Chief Commissioner.
