Leaving 2 young behind at H10- at 10:08 there 2 yng are at F10 working towards D11- while S is over- along H someplace -10:09 8 imm D/B, R/S, Y, G/B, G, S/R, R/B, G/F are feeding at H+G6. At 10:10 S is at H11 and the 2 lone yng went into the cat-tails at C11, -10:11- S is moving S again- is now at G10 and is going into the cat-tails- 10:12 the imm have started moving S and now 10:13 S splattered to G8 driving birds before him, then went into the cat-tails at H8 driving 2 birds out of there, and upon emerging "feathered" 3 times, flapped his wings, and is now feeding at H7.6 w/1 yng (10:15)- all the immatures are on the clear waters or in the cat-tails at G+H4. At 10:16 S has moved N out of sight- S immatures are at H4, preening, bathing and diving -they are G/B, R/B, Y/S, S/R, and G/S- they started to move N but S reappeared at G8.18 and they turned back to G+H4- watching the several birds diving at the Send-I have not seen any get tangled in the pond weed yet- I have seen several dives- including G/F who was tangled the other day -and the tags have not coming up with material hanging on it.
