S has lost interest and is moving off north, B is “pawking” as she chases a single bird, R/S captured in west trap about 12 pm. wt - 520-22gpm. White tips on primaries 9+10. Bill sorta battered - 2nd primary 108 mm, shaft 23 mm. Same pattern on feathers in front of primary. Tag on left side separating around the lower edges. R/captured 45-624034-tags R/S lost- retagged R/S - wt. 425-21 . TWT 50 mm mid-toe 68 mm, bill from shield 39 mm. eye yellow greenish flocked red. ♀ - eye green-yellow flocked with much red - a greenish area on both upper + lower mandible at point of pied effect on adult, bill smooth mottled ivory. Shield deep blood-red brownish. ♀/♂-frontal shield like and eye like ♀ - head mostly dark grey, few light gray feathers scatted on head+ neck. ♀/♂ much like above bird ♂/♀½ with green pied on bill etc. The bird formerly tagged R/S and now tagged R/S, had a small torn area on the back of the neck where the other tag was torn out. Apparently it was not well enough tagged - didn't have more than ¼ inch of torn skin - seems to be still one more untagged young, and still one S pair adult.
