These are not covert feathers - leading edge of 1st primary white but not 2nd of primaries. No evidence of wear or tear on the tags, on R/B looked as good as new. G/B seems to be the ring leader in the V brood - when they go some place it is in front, followed by an unmarked bird and then R. The other unmarked birds then follow behind R. Just now G/B R + 1 UMM stated from H/18 towards F23 but S came out from K20, he got a lead on them as he angled out, and turned them back, without actually charging them but rather just by "pushking" and cutting them off. Now they have returned to H/18 and he came around by the boat and has slowly moved them out to D18 - now they are starting north. S is behind them and B is coming out from K20 to help head them off.
