D.B.H. 6 inches Bark branchlet of the present year's purplish, three last year's greenish brown, smooth Bark of the trunk gray, smooth. Bud Leaf light green above, pale green below. Flower pure white, accented; stamens 2-3 alternate with petals; anthers brownish finally become purple Fruit Wood Notes trunk crooked because of much sandy crown irregular Common Name Family.
