Phoenix Island 29 Sept A few (25) eggs seen, some (10) small nestlings seen, mostly (100) flying immatures. Baker Island 16-17 Sept. 100 birds (class C), no nests. 16-20 Oct. 10 birds (class B), no nests. Christmas Island 28 Oct. COOK ISLAND: 50 adults roosting. 30 Oct. BLUE-GRAY ISLAND: 10 pair w/ incubated eggs LITTLE BLUE GRAY IS: 3 on eggs. MOTU UPVA: Small hundred roosting, one nest & egg seen. DOT ISLAND: One nest & egg. FAR ISLAND: One nest & egg. Endeavour Island 03 Oct. Total of 10 birds seen over island. One pair seen on rock slopes on SE end of island, all others in groups of two. Christmas Island 28 Oct.
