Stood bridge watch for birds from 0820 to 1120. Members of party Gene Kridler USF and G, Ron Walker H.F. and G, John Beardsley, entomologist, U of H., Bob Long botanist Poop, and myself. Arrived at Pearl and Hermes Reef at 1430. Landed on Southeast Island, from rubber boat, at 1630. Conducted bird, seal, and turtle population surveys. Banding and band recoveries (turtle, birds, and seals), turtle tagging. Insect and plant surveys conducted by above named specialists.
