Feathers
1935
Bayes Prairie, Prairie Creek State Park,
240 ft., Humboldt Co., Calif.
43.
Oct. 25.
Mrs. Feathers, my daughter and I, left
camp at Prairie Creek State Park, for Berkeley,
at 6:30 A. M. Between camp and Creek,
ten brush rabbits were seen along the highway.
Another item of interest on the return journey,
was a gull, sitting on a telephone wire, between
Arcata and Eureka.
By traveling via the Redwood Highway and
the Richmond - San Rafael ferry, Berkeley
was reached at 6:30 O. M.
