Grayish washes on chest, underside white, but tan-gray sides to vent, underside, vertical sharp edge forward. Eye dark, legs pink upper shoulder white, back between wings brown, with some pattern of longitudinal stripes showing. white scapulars and tertials, tann-gray 2nd and primaries, with one line showing across wing folded - line dotted. Black head stripes not joined. Rump and tail brown-gray
