Give temperature (Fahrenheit) at start and finish of Survey. 7. Give wind speed in Beaufort Scale not in miles per hour. 8. Give sky conditions using Weather Bureau code numbers. 9. Give time at Start and Finish of route. Please use DAYLIGHT TIME. 10. Print name and circle title. Married women please use own initials. 11. Please print or write address clearly. 12.
