M (Pine Finch - 1 (Cedar Waxwings -2 at Johnsons) Pine Siskin - 1 Bohemian Waxwings - 9 Slate-colored Junco - 1 Starling - 5 Common Redpoll - many about residential area House Sparrows - 12's ***Hoary or Arctic Redpoll-Acanthus or Carduelis hornemanni -"Sinerin blanchastre" (excellent close-up view of 2 or 3 in shrubs near feeders at Johnsons. clear rump from grayish to white, without barring or striping on the 3 or 4 pinned down closely.
