W. Redtail Hawk Killdeer Red-shafted Flicker California Woodpecker Lewis Woodpecker - 5 in tops of willows and cottonwoods in open areas. Black Phoebe - 3 Ruddy Horned Larks Interior California Jay Slender-billed Nuthatch Canyon Wren - immature on open rock-outcrop in field. Western Bluebirds W.
