Black Brant - Most in central portion of bay, some opposite fish piers down-
town. Some fed at base of cliff in park. Others feeding over bay. Some
moving in from south and a few out to north. Total about 8,500.

Cinnamon Teal - 3 pairs

Surf Scoter
Red-breasted Merganser - 17

Willets - 450 - some flew over 200 yards overhead.
