RW- and L-, SW 3-5 mph. Storms past few days Pied-billed Grebe - 2 Snow Goose - 1 Mallard - 12M and 7F (of which there were 6 pairs). Pintail - 2 M - one of which had bad-acting wing. Ring-necked Duck - 19M and 19F or imm. (14 pairs and groups of 5M, and 4F & 1F ) Coot - 46, well scattered around edges. Red-shafted Flickers California Jay Audubon Warblers English Sparrows Brewer Blackbirds November 19, 1950, Garden Hiway N. Sacto-Sacto. River. 1600-1625 PST. American River bottomlands all flooded. California Gulls - 3 flew over Kingfisher Red-shafted Flickers calling from cottonwoods. Nuttall Woodpecker - 1 calling Black Phoebe San Joaquin Bewick Wren Audubon Warblers very common
