If South side only was visited. Blue Heron - one standing in main pond. Mallard - Saw about six pairs around alltogether. Pintail - Several at least on main pond. Green-winged Teal - About 15 on large south pond. Shoveller - about 10 pairs. Wood Duck - Flushed one at SW corner of area Buffle-head - Counted seven, only one male, in main pond. Turkey Vulture Ruffed Grouse - In ash along Muddy Creek between bridge and SW Corner. Bob-white - Heard one in the fields west of Muddy Cr. Ring-necked Pheasant Cott - Wilson Snipe - Heard one winnowing several times. Horned Owl - In the ash south of the Muddy Cr. bridge. Individual being chased and attacked by a crow. Violet-Green Swallow Tree Swallow Crow Oregon Chickadee Seattle Wren Tule Wren Robin Cassin's Vireo Lutescent Warbler Yellow Warbler - Up to full summertime strength. Singing everywhere. Audubon Warbler - Singing in the ash along the creek. Black-throated Warbler - As above. Yellow-throat Pileolated Warbler - Saw one pair and heard another one sing/ along the creek. W.
