Mallards - about 75 seen
Balcpates - 1 male seen
Pintails - about 30-40 present
Shovellers - at least 2 males were seen, and maybe more
Canvasbacks - 2 were present on open water just north of the bridge.
Buffleheads - 2 seen in open water just south of the bridge, with white head spot.
Ruddy Ducks - 2 of these seen with the Buffleheads, too.
Pheasants - 7 flushed from nearby field
Coots - 100-200 seen.

Tule Wren - heard several
ripits - calling as they flew over.
Meadowlarks - 5 seen
