Coots - 100's present everywhere. At least 400 or more over entire area.
Killdeer - flew over
Wilson Snipe - flushed 3 at NE side in marshy grassland
Flicker - a couple
Horned Lark - flying and singing
Tule Wren - heard several and saw at least 10 altogether. Must be even more present.
Robin - a few feeding on the ground in pasture area.
Pipits - a few
N.W. Shrike - saw the one bird along a fence row on the SE side of swamp again.
W. Meadowlark singing
Purple Finch singing
Oregon Towhees in fence rows
Oregon Juncos in fence rows
Song Sparrows - quite a few, some in grass areas that have been flooded.

Red-tail Hawk - 1 hovering over field, against a fairly strong wind.

Coots - at least 350 or more present everywhere.
Wilson Snipe - 5 or 6 flushed, 2 pairs.
