Ecola State Park (Indian Beach) Baird's Cormorant Harlequin Duck - 8M. 5F. resting on offshore rock American Scoter - 2 pair M. & F. Surf Scoters - large rafts offshore * Pacific Kittiwake - 2 small flocks of gulls heading north offshore. Solid black wing tips noted. Most likely of this species. Glaucous-winged Gull - 1 Western Gull Pigeon Guillemont - all in spring plumage Rufous Hummingbird N.W. Flicker Violet-green Swallow Crow N.W. Robin Sitka Kinglet Audubon Warbler N. Pine Siskin Rusty Song Sparrow Tillamook Co. Neahkahnie Mt. Baird's Cormorant *Old Squaw - one bird taken to be of this species in with a northward moving flock of Surf Scoters. White-winged Scoter - one pair Surf Scoter - steady lines of this species in flocks of about 50 moving north, mostly males - 1 : 5 Peale's Falcon - one adult bird circling over mountain Glaucous-winged Gull Western Gull Violet-green Swallow Raven Rusty Song Sparrow Nehalem Bay (upper end) Northern Bald Eagle - one adult Western Gull Wilson Snipe - 8 feeding in grassy marsh Pintail Tule Wren W. Meadowlark Rusty Song Sparrow
