Otocoris alpestris Harrsburg, 1765 ft., Yuma C., Ariz. Feb. 16, 1934. Flock found feeding in field of alfalfa; alfalfa short either recently cut or grazed. When shot at flock rose, wheeled then settled in another part of field. Harrsburg in same Feb. 17, 1934. Hunted in morning, birds much more wary and difficult to approach within shooting range. Not found in afternoon.
