Engler 1936 Rock Ln, 5000 ft, Washoe Granite Mt, Washoe Co, Nev. July 14 was on this slope. It was here that the majority of P. parvus was taken. E of camp the mt sloped away to the alkali flats of the desert. While the weather was hot down on the desert, the camp at an altitude of 5000 ft was warm but not uncon- fortable.
