12 September Today I censused the birds on the Bamboo Trail and Middle Trail. I found two birds (B1 and B2) on the beginning of Bamboo Trail and one (B3) on Middle Trail (I was surprised not to find a bird singing near the chocolate cookie tree because I have recorded a bird here in the park). I believe that I may have recorded B3 in the park. I also heard a few B.c. singing NW of the garbage dump, but wasn't sure it wasn't B1 or B2... Time: 0740-10:00.
15 September Today I censused the birds on the Austrip Trail and path to the "cleared fields + house" area. I found three B.c. (B4, B5 and B6). I heard a fourth bird near manakin lek # IV, but I was unable to record it. I also heard but did not record a bird near E (Empidonax fulvii) 6, which is located near Gene Schupp's Cecropia study area.
16 September Today I censused Loop and Cross Country Trails. While recording B7 near the intersection of Middle and Loop Trails, I heard another B.c. to the NE, probably B3 (see next page). I then recorded B8, a bird I had heard earlier when I recorded E3 at the same site on the loop trail (I believe I heard B3 while recording B8). When I was at the N and junction of Middle and Loop Trails I heard two birds,
