6 September
I heard a Turdus rufiventris singing
to the NE of the Reyna's house at
about 06:50. I would guess that it was
the same individual I recorded
yesterday.
At about 10:55 there were still
Thrushes at the airstrip. I also
noticed thrushes in the tung orchard
in the afternoon, about 17:15.
I recorded a probable Turdus
leucomelas giving calls on the edge
of Becker's forest at 17:40. I heard a rufiventris
sing at the location behind hotel
building #1, where I recorded one
last night. I also heard a different
type of thrush-like song being
given from the same location right
after the rufiventris singing stopped,
but I don't know what sang it.
