April 29 Angthakung has shot a female chukor somewhere near camp and four yolks, one enclosed in shell & preserved (W.W.D. 103) are found in the reproductive tract. May April 18 Borm River Valley (Base Camp) elev 15,500ft Ngwal. Angthakung shoots a partridge on the slopes directly across from Base Camp. This bird is skinned for pre- servation (W.W.D. 104). No parasites are found on this male. Crop contents (full) yield green grass and the tops of a com- mon bow green fish. Rom Chukors are still heard nearly every morning on the slopes around Base Camp.
