1954 Journal Mar. 25 1 mi N. of Yetung, elev. 6,500' (W. side Arun Riv. Drainage) Near. Terraced rice paddies, now short-cropped grass covered, rocky, with low trees & brush in the stream gullies on this 20°, S-facing slope. A lizard is shot from the top of a boulder (W.W.D. 59); no other observed. A line of 20 mm. spec. traps is set in a stream gully (small amount of water flowing) and extending over a grassy knoll to a dry stream gullies. Traps left overnight, but about 4:30 PM . 1/5" of rain falls, & nothing is caught. Mar. 26 Some locality. One lizard taken, 7:00 AM (W.W.D. 60) from a large bush. Another lizard (W.W.D. 61) shot 9:00 A.M. from the lower branches of a 30 ft. tree.
