Died a flock of at least 3 Jays are chattering
in the tree tops - flying from one tree to
another as I approach. One bird (WW1052)
is taken.
5:00 P.M. A line of traps is started along
the stream bottom, but a heavy rain commences
so the line is abandoned after getting 3 traps
out. By next morning this nothing has
been caught. Estimate .05 inches of rain fell
in late afternoon & early evening.
