W.B. Davis 1936 Rupert, Minidoka Co., Idaho, Jan. 10. we saw a flock of Scarp ducks (?) about 4 mi. nw of Albion I killed a Black-tailed Jack Rabbit. It was on a hillside bearing scattered Juniperus scopulorum. About three miles west of Burley we saw a flock of about 200 Crows feeding in an open field. Twining took the 16 gage and went after them. They were very wary and he missed the first shot. The whole flock then flew over to the river a short distance away. Twining followed them and killed one bird. Horned Larks were heard here. About 10 mi. w of Burley we stopped and collected three Horned Larks from a flock of about 100 birds). This completes our mid winter) trip to Idaho.
