Color is typical of occidentalis, that is, suffused with blackish dorsally. Skull in good condition and bears the following on the label: M. Halloway; ♀; 409-190-40, in mm. 3589 Cedar Mt., U.S.C. Camp, 4000 ft., coll. Oct. 18, 1922 by W.T. Shaw; 414-♂ 177-246 - wt 246 gm. The hind foot measurement is incorrect. Skin well made. Color typical of occidentalis. Skull in good condition, but poorly cleaned, 3598 Cedar Mts., U.S.C. Camp, 4000 ft., coll August 18, 1922 by W.T. Shaw. I doubt the validity of the date. The label is not in the same handwriting as the two previous ones. Measurements; 398-160-35. Color typical of occidentalis. Skin well made. All three of these are adults.
