If we do decide to proceed, then we will need to ensure that all necessary approvals and permissions are in place before any work can commence. The second issue is related to funding. We have identified several potential sources of finance but none appear sufficient to cover the full cost of the proposed development. Further investigation needs to take place into alternative options including possible partnerships or grants available through local authorities. In addition, there remains uncertainty regarding long-term sustainability once initial investment has been made. Careful consideration should also be given towards environmental impact assessments prior commencement of activities. Overall whilst challenges exist they remain manageable if approached strategically alongside clear communication between stakeholders involved throughout process.
