Fairly common along streams near Red's Meadow. Sorex cf. obscurus. Very common along streams near Red's Meadow. Martes pennanti. One large mustelid seen between Red's Meadow & Devil's Postpile Trail. Now assigned to this species. Mustela frenata, 10♂ + 1♀ collected at Red's Meadow. A third individual seen along Fish Tr. Trail. Citellus beecheyi. Common on granite benches along Fish Tr. Trail. Citellus behdingi. Abundant resident, primarily in meadows. Citellus lateralis. Common throughout. Eutamias s.f. Common throughout. Tamiasciurus douglasii. 1 seen near Red's Meadow.
