8 were taken in traps set along a creek,
but about 10' above the creek in rocks and
scrub of poison oak, and at the bases of Blue
Oak trees. Despite of intermittent rains during
the previous night, they apparently were active.

Three taken in traps set in the rocks about
15 ft above a rocky stream bed (1704, 1705, 1706).
