S Del Valle, 300 ft., Travis Co., Texas House- Del Valle ONION CR -> <--- driveway N < to intersection of road from E (1) area where 8 heard about 8:25 (2) scolds of pair about 8:45 (tributary stream) (3) location of singing 8 (later fired at) (4) location of 8 689 when taken (5) approach of 4 690 as 8 squealed when handled (6) area where scold heard 8:30 On map above, (1),(2)(6),(4) and (5) apparently represent members of one pair. After considerable wait, calls were heard about 9:15 from area along fence to posted land (4). One bird N of fence giving scold, answered from S. Vocality ceased and towns dropped to ground, flying upward with object in beak. No other tongue weight. I took him then and bird (689) fell wounded. When picked up, bird began to repeat scream like seah, seah.
