Each took prominent positions in mesquite trees there, mates meet see see sunk dut, monotonously. The bird which had followed the first we seen flew back to SW tree of "yard grove" at 9:39 and they gave sit sit notes. (mates still on tray in next tree E). WIND STILL STRONG FROM EAST, Silence from pair to W. I walked through area W can-ing but heard nor saw no thrice. 9:47 - Athmaise at base of tree SW of Tree "C". Bird flew up but returned after a minute. Foraging? Mate flew toward "A" but this bird returned to "C". Then in tree W "C" chased twice by Myrtle Warbler which then chased one of its own kind. Tree mates foraged on twigs & ledgers on trees which have cones in leaf remarkably during last two days. At 9:54 warbler drove Athmaise to next tree W by a vicious attack in flight as it foraged in Spanish Moss.
