In draw W lab, I noted Brown Towhee in chaparral of upper E side (3:15), heard 2 midway up in oaks and another in oaks N of pool (3:25)
Above chart shows location of calling Brown Towheea 7:55 - 8:10 PM - cloudy, cold as I walked from base of 2nd draw W lab to area opposite farmhouse and returned. 7 towhees represented, presumably indicating 7 "territories" if not mated pairs.
