Tea plantations. A search along the stream for
frogs failed to reveal any. In the evening, many
Bufo were encountered, of large size; si-
milar to those previously taken at Olomega &
Mina San Juan. One was taken.
May 2, 1942.
Hunted in the coffee groves and on above them.
Took a new species of lizard (Corythophanes)
perched on a rock in the middle of a very dry,
dusty, rocky trail.
