Dardo, D. 1981 Journal Mexico Oct. 16 Oaxaca to meet Ted Papenfuss. He was to arrive at 11:30 A., but he wasn't on the plane. Left Oaxaca at 12:20 P. and drove southwest on Hwy. Hwy. 131 toward Dola de Vega and Pto. Escandido. From Dola de Vega we took a dirt road which was in very bad shape. We went up in elevation and collected at the top of the pass. We collected two Psuedosympan, one Iberius, and a couple of skinkies at Station # 1 at the pass. P. Cavoti and the Iberius were found in a wall of mud under rocks. The other Baend. was P. At a lower site, Station #2, Steve found a Bolitiglossa maringi in a limestone cliff along the road. Thus we got four specimens for the day: (1) Iberius - (2) Bolitiglossa marini - dark, black, dively, webbed rear feet, long legs. (3) P. cavoti - yellow dorsal tail, letlago; hind foot somewhat webbed. (4) P. _______ - small, dark with shirl. The collecting sites were ~ 2.5 hrs. from Oaxaca. We picked Ted up at the airport at 8:00 P. He had had a hell of a day with mixed up flights. We ate supper in
