I stopped at 4 different localities, two yielding scdamanderes. I found one Chiripe, at 6.2 km. W of Paso de Cortez. This locality was right along the road, and the small animal was within a rotted log. Brand for ~ 1/4 hours here. One other locality yielded animals - 11.9 km. W of Paso de Cortez on the S side of the road. Many, many burned logs and stumps with loose bark. I found 6 Chiripeinte disruptum and ~ 60-70 Psandoemyza depressa.
