Dada, D. 1982 Journal Mexico Day 3 Another long driving day! We left early from Janazundula and headed SE toward Huejutla and then Hwy 105. We wanted to take 105 down to the [illegible] Trianguitanga area to get Chiropterotriton andrews and dendrotyga . The road from Janazundula to Huejutla is awful, 40 miles of rocky, rutted, terrible road. Torture for two aging men! We drove S on 105 and turned E toward Calnali at Dona Wade's suggestion. This area was very dry, but we did find some good pitil limnidade ~15km from the road from 105. We cut down ~15 limnidade with no luck. We returned to 105 and continued S. The Calnali road probably merits a return trip. Upon almost reaching Zaocaltepec, we found an intersection with Trianguitanga to the left (E). This evidently is the old road. We drove into Trianguitanga from the intersection (~15km) and backtracked to find previous locations. We stopped several times to drop down limnidade. No animals, but nice limnidade. One stop looked
