Dada, D. 1980 Journal Saglen Creek Field Trip Oct. 5 I got up at 5:30A and returned to the desert site with Jim Patton and Tom. We got there at ~7:00A and checked the traps. We had gotten nothing in the desmons, I got three animals in my snap trap: 1 Peromyscus monaxtatus by a rock, 1 Dipodomys ordii by a rock, and 1 Perognathus parvus by some dried. I also get two animals which were extras of other desmondors: 1 Perognathus parvus and 1 Microdipodops megacoptilus. We returned to SCFS by ~11:00A. I made a study skin of the Dipodomys. We left SCFS for Berkeley at ~1:30P and returned via the same route we had taken from Berkeley. We arrived back in Berkeley at ~4:00P. My other specimens were frozen for later use as study skins. Ed Haske gave me a Neotoma cinerea he collected yesterday (4 Oct 1980), he killed it today. < beast !! ->
