Dana D. 1981 Journal Mexico Nov. 8 to collect near Rio Friis (5 km. west of old Mr. Hny. 190). Here we got 16 Breandverger (probably depressa) under bank and logs, five Hyle (frogs (small green)), and one lizard (gen. a Deronotric (sp)). The area was mostly pine trees and was fairly dry. The Bream were found associated mostly with oak logs. however. We spent approx. one-half hour here and continued on to Mexico City in preparation for tomorrow's return to Berkeley. We found a hotel on the way into town and fairly near to the airport - Hotel Del Dur, Colz., D. Zaragoza, # 1398. It is probably a motell motel, but if it helps me get to the airport easily, who cares. It is not cheap, but not terrible (~600 pesos for three people). We spent the evening packing animals and gear and gear and gear for the flight home. Nov. 9 Up early at ~5:00 A. in order to get to the airport in plenty of time.
