Durda, D. 1981 Journal Mexico Nov.2 Drew path from Jotini toward Huetucar and collected broomliads for Christonotus chrysoterm (2km SW of Huetucar on Nov, Hry. 131). I untrod ~30 broomlads. They were sort of dry. Dtan found one Bolit. glabriolgi under a log in an open pasture. Walked the area for about two hours. Then drove east of Cordoba to Obo de Agua (sz.) . Dtan set traps here. Dtan and I found no salamanders. Fooder good. Caves near. Five drawers. Very wet. Returned to the Hotel Truela in Orajada and ate dinner there (ojananie). Nov.3 Up at ~6:15A. and ate breakfast at the Hotel Truela. We returned to Obo de Agua to pick up Dtan's traps. He got ~13 mantids including 10 Paronycus mexicanus and a Digidor. Dtan and I looked slightly for salamanders with no luck. This is a beautiful place with a large deep limestone spring. It looks like it would be very good for salamanders -- wet and green. Unfortunately, these thickly vegetated places seem almost impossible to work. No broomliads evident here either. .. We returned to Cordoba and got a tire fixed which had been flat on the VW in the
