Stan and I walked a few darana gelante also. Stan got two Bolit & no platydoni rufescens. We then went further east on old 150 and collected for limatriton at Barranca de San Miguel (1.4 km. N old Hwy. 150, 3.4 km. W Frasin). No luck. It seemed rather dry under the limestone rocks. It began raining rather heavily. Duke set 20 Iberians. We ate dinner in Frasin on the square. Returned to Orizaba and checked into the Hotel Trucela (rather expensive). Nov. 2 Up at ~ 6:00 A. Returned to Cuautitapan to check Duke's traps. He got 12 anura - Pseudoeurycea mexicanus, Oncyge, Rhea, Rheithrod. Mieristue. Pretty a variety. Carlos had two more rufescens for us and Stan found none (all in larvae). We then returned to Barranca de San Miguel. Duke got nothing in the Iberians. Stan found four limatriton
