Some secondary coverts have barely broken thru otherwise no different from last night a few faint notes given in my hand. Repeated before weighing. Plain 12.4 gm Prim 16 mm All but 9 & 10 primary at least broken but 1st barely All but 13 right broken A couple head feathers out. =right Left 13.5 gm Prim 16 mm Rt prim 1-3 are out left prim 2,4,5,8 are out if just barely Gaped + squeaked in my hand a few crown feathers just out Most back + vental feathers. all birds gaped while I was holding them, all held tightly to the nest and all clung tightly to my finger Time 0620-0640 Stream S of LSB Nest Z This nest empty at 0655, young probably left yesterday. E Side Boundary of Bee. As I walked by group of low shrubs + ring birds were disturbed in the ring on the ground. Were very disturbed as I looked around in ring crawling into bushes For about 5 min they stayed chipping typical agitation finally at least one flew over blobs to W Now, 2 min later both are in bushes again but very quiet.
