Large flock of Robins feeding on berries of Cotonaster and barberry? along Lana St. by swimming pool at Men's Gym. Also a few English Sparrows and White Crowned Sparrows. Kept flying across street to Unitarian church yard. Suddenly all movement and sound stopped, except a warbling like note from the Robins. Most birds dropped out of sight but a few sat on cyclone fence. Movement, at least rapid or long moves, were not evident for several minutes, but notes and matches from increased soon.
