12 9 Man, Bear (E) of Fac Bldg - Two on N-S bridge. One bird flew across creek toward cliff. Other flew + to this same creek. Followed by third bird which I had not seen. These two fled near edge of shack (garbage week?) near building. NW corner Campus Cafeteria - Song sparrow in hedge catty-corner cafeteria sign. Another (or some) in minute in hedge bordering walk due West. This one flew South, along Women's Ath Field. Bird song in trees N of Cafeteria. E Side Union - Three birds singing in this area now. One is along cliff near NE corner, where stream turns. Another is upstream possibly toward road. Third is downstream, probably across bridge. Upstream bird quiet, center bird quiet and moved. Downstream bird kept singing, in bushes along stream behind Ver Art. Center bird resumed singing in corner of bldg., both other birds quit. E Side Wheeler Hall - Bird singing at S.E. corners. 12 Man. N of LSB along creek - One bird singing by stone lanterns. Another flew by, squeaking, 1st one followed. Both worked upstream above falls, where they fed. NE Corner Union Bldg + Hayward - One bird singing. Could not determine presence of another bird.
