2 March E Side Wheel Hall & joined by mate who began to warble, I say loudly once. Come male approached. Well & jumped into bush. Both sat in same bush, 6-8" apart, no fight, & joined them in bush. Then all 3 fled close together on ground. I feed with 1 & other by self. I postured to &. He ignored her then all of sudden they were fighting fluttering up about a foot but told she posturing when they returned to ground. I jumped into bush, say loudly. Other male went back toward NE corner, disappeared. Pair fed along wall working toward SE corner. & riding from ground occasionally. I could not tell birds apart. I thought come & was making out with &, but she she stayed with well &. Soon went & a & sang at SE corner, & flew from wall down there. & sang in center of Wheel & side. Another & sang at NE corner. In a few minutes I found one bird (&?) at SE corner, heard one on E side and one at N.E. corner. E Side Union Bird singing along NS walk to Dec Art. Another bird singing close to Union bluf., probably on Uncle bridge. First & sang from from Dumas at corner of log &-u wall to Fac. Bluf. Second bird from tall shrub just N of bridge, by steps. Sang alternately. No sign of & in either place.
