Zonotrichia leucophrys 12 May 2214 Haste St., West L L-1 19.3 gm. 8+9 Prim. 19 mm. Def. before weighing, all nt. spc but 2nd, all left spc but 3,3,8 as out. All prim out. Bachnell feathered, half half of crown out. R-3 16.8 gm. 8+9 Prim. 17 mm. Pst spc 4,7,8 cut. Left spc 2-7pst, 1st 8+9 cracked. All prim cut. Very few on crown out. 13 May 0605 L-1 17.7 gm. 8+9 Prim. 21 gm. 2nd nt. spc left #3,8 gpc + out. Very long, sits or able entire tarsus, interesting on belly. L-3 13.9 mottled all these birds very lowy, as my hand is covered each time I reach its nest. Began to rain, & did not continue weighing as it was impossible to write in book. 1950 R-3 18.0 gm. 8+9 Prim. 20 mm. Head stripes shows fairly plainly on back half of head. Under tail coverts not out. All wing feathers out, coverts almost cover sheaths of remiges. Jumped off balance repeatedly, Pests weight on belly + tarsus. L-3 17.1 gm. 8+9 Prim. 19 mm. Same as R-3, bt coverts not so far out. Left gpc. [illegible] L-1 21.0 gm. 8+9 Prim. 22 mm. Same as R-3 All primaries + coverts out. 24-180'13 wt. lg.
