A few out on occipital region. Upper tail coverts out. Tail. almost 3mm. Sits on abdomen, ankle, + toes. R-1 (15.4 gm) 8th Prim. 12+ mm. Tail 2 mm. Upper tail coverts out. Rt/12d, left (5th & 4th (less)) out. Left gpc. 3,6,7 out. Left secondaries about 6 pop. A few out on occipital. Save protest notes in my notebook from next, legged in my hand R-3 (16.0 gm) 8+9 Prim. 13 mm. Rt. Prim. 1,2,3, 6-9 are out, rt. gpc, 4. Left prim. 2-9, left gpc, 6+7 allare out, as well as outer 3 left ext. sec. Rectrices + upper tail coverts out slightly. Tail not quite 3 mm. L-1 (18.7 gm) 8th Prim. 15 mm. Rt. Prim. 1-9, gpc 8, Left Prim. 1-8, gpc. 4,6,7 all out. All 6 left sec. + 4 outer coverts, all at sec. +2 outer coverts out. Rectrices + upper tail coverts out. Tail 4+mm. Wt. after defecation 18.2 gm. All birds stretched way up and gaped when approached into nest. Even as I sat to nest I could hear them, from about 5 ft. Very loud. All clutched very tightly to nest + twigs. all sit as 2-3.
