Most coverts out Many head feathers out. Most rectrices broken thru. Greenhouse Area, Nest F No bird around nest, eggs are cold. Nest deserted for sure. Cone Univ & Fulton No sign of either young or adult birds. Main gate off Campus A pair of tirds in hedge across wide area from policeman's hut. Became very excited as I probed in low bushes + hedge. One of the birds is singing. Could not find nest - but there is one!
