Mary "No more have hatched (8:00 AM) (Mar. 31), other than the one Mary & to be clipped in nest B," Ivy. Barnsft along Roth Field, Nest A. No change reported. Greenhouse Area, Nest B One young bird with right hind toenail clipped at 1745, Weight 32 gm. Only 1 leg. As I held the mirror up to see into this nest, the bird was gaping. On the balance it rolled, could not stay right side up. Moved on balance pan. Was gaping after I replaced it in nest. Barnsft along Roth Field, Upper Sec., Nest A. No change at 1800, Still 2 eggs, incubating. Sine Love Sec., Nest D Only saw 2 eggs, altho the 3rd may have been covered by a leaf. There is what seems to be the beginning of a grass platform over the tops of the eggs as though a new bottom is being constructed. It is very hard to see into this nest, and I have to disturb it some every time I am sure it was deserted and it appears that a new nest is being built on it, or at least a new bottom for it.
